The Greenman AUTO fund has been operational for 14 months in which time it has built a portfolio of 5 “Auto Repair Centres” across Germany.

These centres, 100% let on long term leases, to the fund’s “pool of anchor tenants” who are market leaders in their sectors.

With low operational costs and easily manageable debt service the portfolio is generating significant rental income surpluses which it uses to provide investors with healthy annual returns.

In Q3 2010, the fund will add further properties to its portfolio and will pay its first dividend.

The Fund is open for investment until 29th March 2012. Investors can Invest with self directed company pensions, self direct private pensions, cash, company funds and via their own private trusts.
