Our board share the fundamental beliefs needed to create and operate successful medium and long term property investments. The senior members of the Fund’s board are:
John Wilkinson - Investment Director
Since 2006 John Wilkinson has been responsible, at board level, for the development of property based investment strategies designed to deliver consistent investment returns to groups of private individuals. He has a deep understanding of the steps required both in Germany and Luxembourg to implement these strategies.
John has developed a network of trusted legal/tax advisors and project partners to successfully complete the purchase, development and management of midsized commercial property portfolios in Germany and elsewhere. John sits on the boards of many private property investment vehicles either as MD with overall responsibility for the scheme or responsibility or as an expert advisor safeguarding investor Interests.

Peter O'Reilly – Sales Director
For over 20 years Peter O’Reilly has been providing Irish individuals, company directors and companies with pension and investment advice. His particular experience is in the creation and administration of self-administered pension schemes. Once created, these schemes provide his clients with access to a broader range of mainstream and alternative investment opportunities. This knowledge has provided Greenman Investments LTD with a unique perspective when planning of the Greenman Accelerate Fund’s investment strategy. Peter’s experience of the Irish pension industry, its legislation, practices and organisation is a valuable source of support to our investors and introducers. Peter also ensures the existence clear lines of communication between advisors, unit trust providers and pensioner trustees ensuring our investors’ orders are swiftly and accurately executed. Eimear Tully
After completing her degree in Property Economics in DIT Bolton St, Eimear joined the Greenman Investments team in 2009. Since then she has actively promoted the Greenman AUTO Fund to her network of introducers and throughout the wider broker community. At the same time her formal training has been an invaluable source of knowledge to the manager, helping with the development and ongoing asset management of the portfolio. William Conolly-Carew
William is a founder and Operations Director of RealReturns, the fund's manager. In that role he has built up valuable knowledge of the marketing, day to day operation of, and exit strategies for, various property related investment vehicles. David O’Meara
David joined the Greenman team in the summer of 2011 having previously worked with one the “Big 5” accountancy firms as well as one of the world’s largest banks. His experience in a large multi-national corporation, allied to his Business & Law degree from UCD, positions him perfectly to help expand Greenman Investments’ network introducing brokers. Michael Barry
Michael completed a Masters in finance from the Michael Smurfit School of Business and joined the Greenman Investments team in 2009. He has responsibility for the scheduling of all the day to day treasury and financial arrangements for “the Funds”. James McEvoy
After completing an honours degree in Valuation Surveying at DIT, James joined the Greenman Investments team in January 2011. He works directly with the Investment Director and sales team providing essential operational support, research and marketing analysis. His role encompasses the co-ordination of property management and building maintenance schedule as well as valuation analysis for all of the properties in the portfolio.
