Launched in late March 2009, the fundraising period for Greenman AUTO fund was successfully completed 8 months ahead of schedule in July 2011.

The fund consists of eight (8) Auto Service Centres which are let on long term leases to tenants who are dominant players in Germany’s most iconic industry; the automobile industry. These include CarGlass; European subsidiary of the Belron Group, the world’s largest windscreen replacement company, Conoco Jet, the world’s 6th largest energy company and Cosy Wasch a leading branded German car wash company. The portfolio has a combined value of c€23.53m. 

The portfolio generates large Rental Income Surpluses which generate
