Greenman Investments was formed in early 2008 with the specific aim to create property funds suitable for investment by Irish and UK pension holders. Greenman Investments have created an investment model which is designed to create medium sized property portfolios which are let on long term leases to world leading tenants. Greenman Investments’ first fund the Greenman AUTO Fund was launched in March 2009.

John Wilkinson - Operations director
John is a director of RealReturns, fund’s asset manager and has considerable experience in the German residential & commercial property sector. His particular experience is in the purchase, development and syndication of midsized commercial properties. He is also on the board of directors of many private property investment vehicles.

Peter O'Reilly – Sales director
Peter has a wealth of experience in the creation and administration of pension funds. For nearly 30 years he has provided investment and pension advice to Irish HNWI’s and Companies which has included the formation and administration of private investment vehicles.

William Conolly-Carew
William is also a director of RealReturns. In that role he has gained vast experience in the early stage investment in pre-planning property developments in central and Eastern Europe. Previously William has worked in the London metals market.

Eimear Tully
Eimear joined Greenman Investments at the launch of the Greenman AUTO fund and has worked closely with the sales director developing the fund’s marketing strategy and introducer network.
She combines her formal training and industry experience to provide the level of technical expertise required by the fund’s introducer network.

Michael Barry
Michael joined the fund’s asset manager after completing a Masters in finance from the Michael Smurfit School of Business. He works directly with the operations director on the day to day operations of the fund and the long term forecasting and modeling required to pro-actively manage the properties in the fund’s portfolio.
